Handling Time
We ship all orders within 5 business day of payment.
Delivery
We typically ship according to the following criteria:
Economy shipping It will take about 20-30 days, with tracking number (tracking number is Not available for U.S.,Canada and Australia buyers)
Standard shipping(DHL, Fedex or EMS) It will take about 4 - 10 days, with tracking number
The only buyers from EU and Asia can chose EMS. Please message within one day after bidding which shipment you want. Note: EMS still takes many days like 10-25 days
*delivery times are after handling. Times determined by carrier and are subject to change. After the shipping, tracking number will be informed to the buyers.
Packaging We will ship all items from Japan and it is a long travel. So we package all items carefully & professionally in state-of-the-art warehouses to ensure they arrive to you safely. However, occasionally accidents do happen, and if your item is damaged in transit we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement item at no extra cost.
Return Policy / Guarantee We are sorry we can't accept the return by Buyer's reason. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item describe. As always, you are fully covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you received an item that is not as described in the listing
