Judy Garland A Star Is Born 78 rpm BOX Columbia BM 1201
Description :
This is the very hard to find 78 rpm boxed set titled "A Star Is Born"...Judy Garland.
This is the box with the metal hinged lid. Box is very nice with one area of wear as shown in the close-up pic. Other than that the box is very very nice.
The labels are excellent.
The records are extremely clean and crisp. Practically no scuffs or marks. However there is some warp to the records, one more than the others. I played all sides, and my equipment could handle them...they played well. But you could hear the warp in a few places, mostly on one record.
But even with the defects, this is a very hard to find set, and it presents well. If you wanted to touch up the box defect with some matching pink color it would really be nice! I wish this rare set was perfect, but it is not, but I described it so you can make an informed decision.
