Description
Julie Ruffino's 1981 LP "Eso Es Solo La Casa....En Donde Vivo Yo" on Ruff Records LP 8004. Front cover is autographed.
Outer jacket is autographed. No cut outs or seam splits. Significant wear on front cover, peeling artwork but all seams intact. Original inner sleeve with lyrics, minor folding but no tears. Record is EX with rare superficial markings visible. Plays clean, occasional surface noise in SideB track 1, nothing distracting.
Records are graded on visual inspection. Any questionable areas are spot play tested and commented on above. They have not been played all the way through. We do our best to make an honest grading of the record, however unseen sound issues may be present as is the case for any used record purchased anywhere else.
