Enormous Pathe 20 inch Gramophone Record
A 50cm 78rpm (approx speed) Pathe record of the
HM Scots Guards Band playing
The Merry Widow Waltz.
This is an etched label, the reverse is a paper label of The Savoy Lancers played by HM King's Colonials.
The record is in good if slightly grubby condition, with one small rim chip on one side that does not affect the playing. There are a few scratches but I suspect this is not from over playing, but rather from when in storage. You do of course need a special machine to play this giant disc! The sleeve is tatty but intact, please see photo.
