June Christy "This Time of Year," Capitol T-1605, Mono, 1961, Rare. This is an album of original Christmas season songs written by Arnold Miller and his lyricist wife Connie Pearce performed by the inimitable Miss Christy. Bill Miller is the producer and Pete Rugolo conducts the orchestra in this recording. This is June Christy's rarest LP and one of her best. The record is very clean without scratches or scuffs and sounds great, The jacket almost looks new with only minor edge wear at corners. The inner sleeve is in very acceptable condition with minor tears at top which have been repaired with clear tape. The former owner took great pride in his collection and gave exceptional care to his records. I use top quality cardboard mailers to ship my records. I encase the records in clear vinyl protective outer sleeves reinforced with two cardboard inserts to safeguard the records in transit. I play all of my records at least once before grading. None of this grading by visual sighting only. Shipped by USPS Media Mail.
