ORIGINAL PRESSING
The cover has a very small bit of wear on the front; small bent top right corner; back cover has small bit of staining top; someone has written the year in red pen; and someone has written in pencil some of names of the singers next to two song titles. Otherwise, cover is a very very strong VG+.
The record is very clean, nice sheen: EX-

GRADING
I grade vinyl very conservatively. I don't just sell records, I buy them for myself as well. The only records I will grade Mint are sealed records, and even then will note cover condition. I do not rate records Near Mint. The next-highest rating for me is Excellent.
Mint = sealed
EX = like new condition, little to no wear visible
EX- = may have a sleeve mark or two that does not make noise, or slight sign of handling, but still plays excellent
VG+ = no major flaws, looks good and plays great, occasional minor pop or click, used but not abused
VG = may have some marks that play but no skipping; may have some pops and clicks. Still a solid record to listen to.
