Justin Hinds & The Dominoes ‘Say Me Say’ / ‘Take Heed’ – Treasure Isle (JA blank)

No introduction necessary; simply one of the greatest voices Jamaica has ever known, Bob Marley’s favourite singer, and ‘Say Me Say’ is one of his most gorgeous tunes. Here are two great sides back-to-back. The matrix numbers are TIS 287 (‘Say Me Say’) and TIS 290 (‘Take Heed’).

Condition: Visually, fairly worn. Listening to it, it really sounds pretty good, at least VG, the A-side maybe a notch better (please listen to the clips). Worn labels with tears and some writing (please see scans). Starting this low; a chance to get a Jamaican classic at a good price.

Please note that like many other sellers of reggae on eBay, I’ve been the victim of so called ‘fake bidders’, bad minded people who have no intention of purchasing the items they bid on and whose only game seems to be to ruin the auction for buyers and sellers alike. If your feedback is zero, please get in touch with me before bidding, or I will have to cancel your bid and offer the record to second highest bidder. Obviously, the second highest bid will have been raised, as it were, artificially by the ‘fake bidder’. I will try to lower the selling price to one increment above the third highest bid by way of offering a discount or free shipping (or both).
