Additional info: Original playable copy of this rare pre-bop jazz classic. Very playable, not a lot of feelable marks, and still retains some gloss. It isn't really clean, but it isn't the terrible looking record you see in dollar bins either. It has some noise but never overpowering. The cover looks good, but is entirely split (it's in two pieces). Oh well! It looks great. If you leave it in the shrink wrap we found it in (obviously added later) you can hardly tell it is split. The cover is visually stunning, but obviously is damaged. The labels are clean, with deep grooves on both sides. The outer rim is flat edged, and it is a typically heavy early Blue Note pressing, with the RVG and ear plastylite stamp on both sides of inner groove.
