German-Argentine avant-garde composer Mauricio Kagel (1931-2008) composed largely experimental theatrical works. This composition is no exception! “Rrrrrrr…” consists of 41 autonomous pieces of music, all performable, separately and all beginning with the letter “R”. All are published as “Radio Phantasy”. This selection is for organ. Another eclectic record by this inventive composer and not to be missed!
Record is in NM+ condition (appears unplayed) and jacket is NM. Hard to find Kagel recording.
I recently acquired a small but superb collection of modern, experimental, improvised, & electronic music. I will be offering 50 or so items from this collection at the end of each month. This kind of material rarely surfaces so keep looking for future auctions.
