KALEIDOSCOPE - FAINTLY BLOWING FONTANA - STL.5491 - Stereo - Rough Labels Original UK 1969 Press
Condition
Disc - Good Difficult to grade with absolute confidence, so please carefully appraise my description and judge for yourself. Although the record is clean and bright, it has lacked the loving home that such a rarity deserves. The surface contains quite a lot of small scratches and sundry surface marks. If there had been any jumps or sticking, I would have opted for a Poor rating but in this respect there were no such issues.
Having given the record a good clean and a listen all the way through, I have to report that quite a lot of clicks will be heard, some of which are sequential and repeating across several grooves. Additional crackle materialises periodically. The first side is superior to the second but this is all relative given the overall sound quality. There are certainly more clicks and crackle across side two, especially during the very last track.
Please note that I've just recently had this disc professionally cleaned.
Matrix/Runout - Side 1   886496 1Y//1 420 1 1 Matrix/Runout - Side 2   886496 2Y//1 420 1 1
Sleeve - Very Good The gatefold sleeve is bright and clean and free of any serious damage - there are no splits or tears. The external laminate film is still largely attached but small areas of flaking/splitting will be found by the front panel spine. Expect a small degree of edge and corner wear with minor stress creasing. The inner is mainly all white, poly-lined and die cut. No damage with light wear, it has age but whether it is as issued, I am unsure.

Please feel free to ask any questions. This LP will be packed very carefully, with the vinyl stored outside of the sleeve (to avoid any Knifing) and posted Special Delivery.
