rare German first press and limited edition vinyl 7LP box set released in the 1960s on "TULIP" DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with ALLE HERSTELLER and catalognumber 72180. Clothbound box complete with 15-page booklet featuring great photo artwork, and vinyl all AS NEW in perfect NEARMINT/MINT condition! Vinyl looks UNPLAYED - seems it has never even been taken out of its innersleeves... best copy I have seen in many years! This early set with ALLE HERSTELLER stereo label was released in a very limited edition and sold only to German clubmembers at the time. Famous 1962 reference performances by Karajan conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality ...see photo.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
