rare German first press vinyl "PROMO" LP released 1969 on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with small tulips and deep groove... catalognumber is 642013. Was given away to only a few Journalists at the time. On the back cover DGG states the following: "Since this record will not appear in our general catalogue please do not use it for press reviews" ... The laminated foldout cover featuring Willi Schuh's congratulatory address speach (English/French/German), and vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect! Fantastic historic recordings with Karl Bohm and the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra all recorded with true audiophile soundquality. See photo...
