Description
1973 EMI Electrola release (165-02 313/14). Includes 2 versions of "Spiral" (for electronium and electrochord), "Pole" (for electronium and electrochord), "Japan" (for electronium and electrochord and percussion), and "Wach" (for electronium and electrochord and percussion). Performed by Peter Eotvos, Christoph Caskel, and Harald Boje. In box w/ booklet. One of the rarest of Stockhausen items, these recordings (made at Abbey Road studios, engineered by Alan Parsons) have not been re-issued on the Stockhausen Verlag (the Eotvos/Boje versions of "Spiral" on the Verlag edition were subsequent recordings) and there are no plans to do so.
