Kate Bush

If You Could See Me Fly

This is the extremely RARE original vinyl bootleg LP!!!

(not the 1990 CD of the same name)

It's a bizarre but wonderfully presented compilation of very rare tracks, mostly from the Bill Duffield concert on May 12th, 1979, that focuses on the Peter Gabriel/Steve Harley collaborations. It is a very limited pressing from Kiffmann's Orthodoxe Schallfolien dating to around 1987.

The front cover inexplicably has a photo from Busby Berkeley's The Typewriter Dance.

Tracks:

Side One

1. "Let It Be" (Beatles) from the  March 1987 Amnesty International concert. Kate on vocals. David Gilmour on backing vocals and guitar

2. "The Girl/Man With The Child In Her/His Eyes" (Bush) Peter Gabriel on 1st lead, Steve Harley on 2nd, Kate on 3rd

3. "Here Comes The Flood" (Gabriel) Peter Gabriel on vocals

4. "I Don't Remember" (Gabriel) Peter Gabriel on vocals, Kate on backing vocals

Side Two

1. "D.I.Y." (Gabriel) Peter Gabriel on vocals, Kate on backing vocals

2. "The Best Years Of Our Life" (Harley) Steve Harley vocals

3. "Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me)" (Harley) Steve Harley on vocals, Kate and Peter Gabriel on backing vocals

4. "Let It Be" (Beatles) Kate Bush lead vocals, Peter Gabriel lead vocals

5. "Babooshka" (early demos) Take 1 & Take 2 with David Gilmour

Original owner. Thick glossy black & gold sleeve is in fantastic shape. Very slight dent in the bottom right corner. Very clean. No marks. Strong spine. No splits or tears. NM

The vinyl has never been played. Still glossy and clean. No scratches. Blank white inner labels. MINT
