The record has some very light/faint hairline/superficial surface marks and and grades VG+.
The inner lyric sleeve has some light foxing and grades EX.
The insert has some creasing and there is a 1 inch tear on one edge and it grades VG+.
The sleeve (with obi strip) has some edge wear which is mainly near the corners on the spine and along the bottom edge. Some very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to near EX.
