We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

As you can see, this vinyl is the 1980 ORIGINAL  pressing  with the original labels-

 Stored from new this LP  remains in pristine condition everywhere.

THE VINYL REALLY IS MINT..AND HAS BEEN PLAYED ONCE!

SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE CENTRE HOLE

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is virtually no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are NO spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are a few whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard nothing bar the tiniest of lead in static in the dead grooves....some light static in a few spots during play..but overall this is easily as clean a copy as we have heard.

The quiet passages sound really superb..A very rare record to see at all these days..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

 This is in SUPERB condition, THE FIRST PRINT OF THIS CLASSIC LP SLEEVE.

The edges have just the odd spot of rub on the edges!

No  ringwear - barely a hint of  press, The open edge remains sharp condition -a little feathering in a few spots.

some light tip rub, and some very light rub on the seam edges inside and out.

The spine is super clean with just some light spots of rub and some tip rub either end

The inside gatefold is MINT!!!

POSTER   MINT   SIGNED IN RED BY KATE!!!   WHAT A FIND!!

Genuine 1980 POSTER that appeared in some copies of the LP..they are very very rare and were folded as if for a book of some sorts (!)  ..BUT....Imagine our surprise when we opened it up to see it had been signed in red felt pen by Kate.... we have no reason to think this was not done by Kate as we have seen and checked it against other signatures of hers and it looks great, a little hurried possibly.. we were not there naturally, but well, it looks good to us, and think you'll agree- we obtained it from a record dealer who had a huge 'archived publishers collection' and this was one of many many items we got..

you know the deal folks!!  ..this is just an  amazing auction here!!!
