KATE BUSH - THE KICK INSIDE PICTURE DISC - FIRST PRESSING FACTORY SAMPLE LP - EMI - EMCP 3223
A first pressing with Factory Sample sticker on back cover that I have owned from new and has never been played in 39 years. The record side stamped matrix number YAX 5389-5 also has the words REMEMBER YOURSELF etched on the runout. The cover is mainly marked down a grade due to cover never having been glued together securely that could easily be corrected if desired.

Grading;
MINT: The record is in new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows signs of having been played, but there is little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch, normal wear and tear on cover or extra items.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated, perhaps with distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still playable but it has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; may even jump. The cover and contents may be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents may be badly damaged or missing
