Description

This is my original (Ist Pressing) picture disc of Kate Bush's 1st LP 'The Kick Inside'. This is identified by the fact that the picture disc does NOT have the words 'Manufactured by EMI' visible on the record. The sleeve originally had a sticker saying 'Picture Disc', but this has been removed I assume, by the original owner all those years ago. The otherwise standard sleeve for this first pressing (UK) is in great shape with just the usual and expected tiny laminate creases to the edge of the sleeve and one tiny tear at the record opening. But really this is all about the Picture Disc which is beautiful with no visible damage to the images on either side. There is a lot of interest in Kate at present with her up and coming dates, so here is a change to get a UK 1st pressing, bidding starting at book price rather than the inflated 'Buy It Now' prices I can see (x 2) on ebay as I write!
