Includes original 2-page insert on matte paper, and yellow 3 page insert “Note to Disc Jockeys and Interviewers” which also includes the cue-sheet.

VG++ disc, near perfect w/ few inconsequential sleeve marks. There is some light ticking to the play-back, which must be from the pressing process / recording quality. Hear a clip above.
