British music icon Kate Bush was pretty much discovered by Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour, and then Kate was signed to EMI on the strength of a demo recording. She worked with Gilmour a few times through the years. She also pretty much retired from recording new music and touring in 2014, and published a book of her lyrics a couple of years later in 2016. Kate was occasionally considered a recluse because of her lack of public life. She just wanted to quietly raise a family...

I could write 1000s of words about Kate Bush, and what she means to me, but I won't subject you to that! Lol I'll just say Kate Bush always been a little bit different. Slightly 'off', but still fascinating. Beautiful, on the outside, as well as the inside. Her vocals are angelic, and her lyrics are spiritual. Let's just say it's taken the world many, many years to acknowledge the genius of Kate Bush! And Kate is on fire right now, as the TV show 'Stranger Things' has used the vintage 1985 Kate song "Runnin' Up That Hill", in Season 4, and the use of that song put her on the map...all over again!

In today's rocking good deal, you'll get a TRIPLE SHOT of vintage Kate Bush vinyl! First up is a really nice copy of her 1993 track called "Rubberband Girl", which has the extended mix, the album mix, and another track called "Big Stripey Lie" on it! And... it's also a 12" PICTURE DISC! Featuring a (different) pic of Kate on both sides. This also comes with its original backing card. The pic disc itself has very light surface marks on the grooves, with more on the A side than the B side. Not sure of the sound quality, as I never play specialty vinyl such as pic discs or colored records. Backing card looking great, with no holes, rips or tears, or handwriting on it!

Next up is the 1985 track "Cloudbusting", on 12" vinyl! It's the extended 12" remix of that great track, along with "Burning Bridge", and a track called "My Lagan Love". A total of THREE songs makes this an EP! The vinyl looks fantastic, and is still all shiny and clean. The jacket is also in great condition. The A side is a beautiful close-up of Kate, and the B side is song titles and credits. In amazing condition for something that's almost THIRTY SEVEN years old!

And last, rounding out this sweet Kate Bush vinyl triple shot is the 12" for the song "Moments Of Pleasure", from 1985! It comes in a nice poster sleeve jacket that turns into a massive poster,  that is 36" X 24" big! This is the album version of this song, an instrumental version, and another track, (a holiday track, actually), titled "Home For Christmas". The jacket becomes a poster of Kate! How cool is that...? The vinyl looks great, all shiny and clean. The poster is pretty immaculate, and has no rips or tears on it, no holes, and no handwriting, anywhere on it!

As younger music fans discover Kate Bush and her incredible legacy of music, I love the fact that she is becoming so popular right now. Many, many female artists owe everything to Kate Bush (yes, I'm talking to YOU Tori Amos! Lol). Without her groundbreaking avant-garde videos, her inspirational lyrics, and her unique voice and musical style, I don't think music would have ever been the same. Kate Bush rules. End of story!
