More notes: From the artist's own Country Flavor label out of San Jose, CA. Sleeve is VG with shelf and age wear (see photo). NO seam splits. Disc is VG+ to VG++ and plays super clean front to back! Local Bay Area self-released full-length from obscure female songwriter and her band of friends. I've known about this record for a year or so but am only hearing it now for the first time, and am happy to report that it's really nice! Has a a kind of hip, turned-on country flavor on most tunes, not unlike the Mistress Mary LP and a couple, three other things more in a psychy vein. Tracks include "Tell It True", "Stormy", "Sleep a Million Years", "Need", "Daddy-Do", "The Road to Myself", "Fine Street Woman", the title track and more. I recorded parts of three tunes below so you can get a sense of it. No date (guessing '71?) and this one must have seen VERY limited distribution... as far as I know this is the 3rd copy to end up in collector's hands. Email with any questions. Thanks. -Will
