KATJA EBSTEIN – “THE STAR OF MYKONOS”   UNITED ARTISTS L-35270

 

This is the original ultra-rare 1974 Australian pressing manufactured and distributed by Festival Records Pty Ltd for United Artists Records Inc. USA. The two features of this album is that Katja sings all of the twelve songs on it in English, and the photographs on both the front and back of the cover are simply stunning. It was recorded in West Germany, produced by Christian Bruhn, with art direction and design by Ulrich Eichberger. Please note: this record will be posted from NSW, Australia in a new press-seal clear plastic cover and will be well packed for delivery.

 

Made In: Australia, 1974.

Record: VG+ to VG++ condition, with some light marks only, heard as soft crackle mainly in the quiet parts, but plays very nicely right through.

Cover: Strong VG+ condition, with some normal handling wear and small tape repair on back, but still very nice!

Labels: Great EX- condition, no writing, only faint spindle marks – see the third photo.
