Very Rare original US LP released on Mainstream Records in 1971. 1st US pressing.

Katmandu consisted of Bob Jabo  (lead guitar-bass-vocal), Norman Harris (lead vocal-organ), Kenny Zale (drums)  and Bob Caldwell (bass).

One of the more soulful rock groups on late 60s Mainstream Records — but one  that’s still very much in the best psyche spirit of the label! Vocalist Norman  Harris has a really great sound here — almost a mix of soul and rock influences  that you might find in The Rascals, supported by some nicely rhythmic work on  guitar, organ, bass and drums — grooves that are never too complicated, and  which have a straightforwardly tuneful approach.

The album’s not exactly a rock break album, but almost veers that way at many  points — and titles include “Catch The Groove”, “Cotton Mouth”, “Keep The  Faith”, “G Minor”, “I’m The One”, “You Made Me Feel Like I Belong”, and “She’s  Got Everything”.
