Keilberth was one of the most important german post-war conductors. Coming out of a german musicians family (his father was a cellist), in his interpretations of Brahms, Bruckner and Beethoven can be strongly found the 19. century legacy of musical thinking and playing. His few records are further on unforgotten and legendary.
This record, made in the early 1960s, gives you the rare chance to compare three of the most important german orchestras of those times, under the baton of Keilberth. Rare first stereo issue!

Condition: The COVER is beautiful. Nice general condition, only slightest wear, only an idea of ringwear. The RECORD is also very nice and has been scarcely played. M- or better, there is a bit dirt (fingerprints).
