KEITH CROSS & PETER ROSS “Bored Civilians” Original UK Decca Prog Psych lp  T-2

1972/UK/Decca Records SKL 5129…..….. here’s a nice original UK pressing of this Rare lp. The thin fragile cover is in strong VG to VG+ condition with light general wear, light corner dings/wear, several small light handling creases, the bottom seam has two pieces of clear tape, otherwise the cover is solid and clean. The vinyl is in shiny VG condition with small light scuffs/scratches, nothing I can feel. The record plays through with light noise/crackle and the odd tick/pop between tracks  and in the  quiet songs. Track two on side one is quieter and there is light crackle heard through the song, same with tracks two and four on side two, all the other tracks play better with the noise buried beneath the music and occasional light crackle, remarkably plays with Nice fidelity! No skips, sticks, or other issues. This is an ok copy to the right ears and well worth my opening bid! Please check my auctions for other rock and psych lp’s. Good luck and thanks for looking!

Keith Cross first band was called Bulldog Breed and one year later he joined T2. Keith was hailed as the new Eric Clapton when T2 released their album It'll All Work Out in Boomland. He left T2 after a few months and 2 years later Keith Cross joined a partnership with Peter Ross. They separated after their album Bored Civilians was released. Fantastic record.

GRADING

MINT: I consider New Unplayed or Sealed items only.

M- or Mint Minus, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays very clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.

EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.

VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
