Artist: Paul Welterlen Title: It's Time To Say I Care Label: Pinball Format: 7" Pressing: Austria Year: 1989 Info: Very obscure and extremly rare Austrain single with great Keith Haring art on the front cover. I was not able to find anything about this record. The cover shows a little wear on the corners, but altogether still intact. One corner has water stains. Don't sleep....who knows when this will show up again! Audio: CONDITION COVER VINYL STILL SEALED:
