- RECORD: VG+ (some pressing haze that causes very light background noise thats not very noticeable during actual songs but more noticeable between tracks. small patch of light needle marks on on second and third tracks on side b that do not affect play. cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine)
- COVER: Near Mint Minus/Excellent (in shrink wrap with minor small lower right corner wear)
- 1961 NEW JAZZ NJ 8259 Mono. 'RVG' in trail offs. No deep groove. Original Issue
