Side A / Side B: A lot of faint scuffs & scratches all over the surface, a lot of feelable scratches, looks scratchy, but still listenable with some surface noise or crackle.
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC" Deep Groove on both sides.  Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: VG

Front / Back: 1" top seam split, edge & spine wear, corner rubs, wear on opening, writing on bottom of back, some scuffs, stain.
