Description
This auction is for an original Mono copy of Kenny Drew's "Undercurrent" L.P. on the Blue Note label (Blue Note 4059) Simply put, this is a STUNNING example of this rare LP. The cover is graded a strong VG + with no seam or spine splits, the top left corner is a bit frayed (less than 1/4") and the bottom corner is about 1/8" exposed. The cover has a small red sticker on the bottom right side. The back has no writing and has the "Blue Note Records Inc. West 61st address along the bottom. The record is also graded a strong VG+ as well, and could very well be graded M- by others. I am conservative when it comes to grading. The labels are the West 63rd NYC version. The trail off area has the RVG and "Ear" on both sides. The "A" side is not a deep groove. The "B" side is a deep groove. In my 30 years as a collector and dealer of records I have never seen a better copy!
