ITEM INFORMATION: THIS IS A MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LABS LP. 1/2 SPEED MASTERED FROM THE ORIGINAL MASTER TAPE. SUPER CLEAN AND VERY DYNAMIC. STAN TAKES ON THE CLASSICS. “ALL MUSIC GUIDE TO JAZZ” (AMG) GAVE IT 5 DIAMONDS, THEIR HIGHEST RATING. AMG SAID, “KENTON TURNS WAGNER’S MUSIC INTO JAZZ, CAPTURING THE INTENSE EMOTION, POMPOSITY AND DRAMA WITH DARING IDEAS. THIS IS ONE OF STAN KENTON’S LAST INNOVATIVE RECORDINGS”. OUT OF PRINT FOR DECADES. PRESSED ON HIGH DEFINITION VINYL. THIS RECORDING HAS TAS QUALITY SOUND.

I am a 30-year collector of great classical, jazz, soundtracks and rock records. I started in late 2008 with a sale of a limited number of the best items in my collections. This is my first sale in 2010. My plans now are to put up for sale about 10 records twice a month the next four months. These records will be of the highest quality and desirability. Expect to bid on rare LP’s of Furtwangler, Bernard Herrmann, string and piano artists and jazz artists. Many fine TAS-listed or TAS-type audiophile records will be included as well. At this time I can not take wish-list items, but please add me to your favorites list for upcoming offerings.

GRADING: Sealed LP’s are noted in their description. I grade by both visual inspection and play. Mint is not used. Near Mint is my highest grade. VG++ and Near Mint should play problem free; VG+ should play problem free or with noted shortcomings noted in write-up. My description will be accurate. All items guaranteed, but I do not refund shipping costs.

I request that payment be made through PayPal only. Contact me via eBay mail if not possible. My items have no reserve. I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save on postage. All items that sell at $100.00 plus, will be shipped insured.  After bid closing, insurance amount will be calculated and then added to shipping fees reflecting in your invoice.

HANDLING CHARGES: I use a high quality Record Mailer and Bubble Wrap for all records for which I must charge a handling cost of $2.50 per mailer used. SHIPPING CHARGES: For single LP’s, Priority Mail is $9.00 anywhere in US and $1.00 for each additional record. Media Mail is $4.00 anywhere in US for first record and $.50 for each additional record. For sets and orders of multiple records, please wait for our invoice before paying. For overseas buyers, I will pass on exact cost, plus cost of a high quality Record Mailer and Bubble Wrap. SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

ITEM INFORMATION: This is a Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs LP. 1/2 speed mastered from the original master tape. Super clean and very dynamic. Stan takes on the classics. “All Music Guide to Jazz” (AMG) gave it 5 diamonds, their highest rating. AMG said, “Kenton turns Wagner’s music into jazz, capturing the intense emotion, pomposity and drama with daring ideas. This is one of Stan Kenton’s last innovative recordings”. Out of print for decades. Pressed on high definition vinyl. This recording has TAS quality sound.
