This album is a very first pressing with A-1 & B-1 matrices and mother stamper markings are, side 1, 1G and side 2, 1G.

Kevin Ayers (16 August 1944 – 18 February 2013) was an English singer-songwriter and a major influential force in the English psychedelic movement. Ayers was a founding member of the pioneering psychedelic band Soft Machine in the mid-1960s, and was closely associated with the Canterbury scene. He recorded a series of albums as a solo artist and over the years worked with Brian Eno, Syd Barrett, John Cale, Elton John, Robert Wyatt, Andy Summers, Mike Oldfield, Nico and Ollie Halsall, among others. After living for many years in Deià, Majorca, he returned to the United Kingdom in the mid-1990s before moving to the south of France.

Both Gramophone Co Ltd Label Rim Record labels are in undamaged Near Mint condition, unmarked superb looking record labels with just a couple of light play signs.

Side1 matrix SHVL 763 A-1 & side 2: SHVL 763 B-1.
Side 1 mother stampers: 1 G and Side 2: 1G.

Both sides of the beautiful vinyl LP are in Near Mint condition, the LP is free from any scratches and scuffs, and with just a couple of hairlines .

The album plays without faults through all the Tracks, the sound quality is superb.

The LP is protected in it’s original glossy front and back laminated E.J. Day Gatefold Picture Sleeve, the sleeve is in superb Excellent condition. There are no seam splits or tears, just mild corner bumps and mild LP storage signs of LP to the reverse panel, there is also mild handwriting impression on the front panel, not easy to see head on and only visible when the sleeve is tilted.

This is a superb example of this original very first pressing of this 1969 UK LP from Kevin Ayers.
