kevin Ayers whatevershebringswesing HARVEST SHVL 800 (UK) 1972 RECORD IN EXCELLENT CONDITION [A COUPLE OF VERY SMALL SURFACE SCARTCHES THAT DO NOT AFFECT PLAY ITS LOOKS UNPLAYED ] COVER IN EXCELLENT CONDITION [SOME VERY LITTLE WEAR ON CORNERS] KEVIN AYERS DAVID BEDFORD MIKE OLDFIELD DIDIER MALHERBE DAVE DUFORT with ROBERT WYATT GERRY FIELDS TONY CARR WILLIAM MURRAY JOHNNY VAN DEREK ORIGINAL UK 1st PRESSING (boxed ‘EMI’ logo) matrix numbers: SHVL 800 A-1 and SHVL 800 B-1 stamper numbers: 1 and 1 ORIGINAL 1st ISSUE HEAVY ‘LINEN’ TEXTURED SLEEVE printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd original UK 1st pressing, in excellent condition, of yet another early Kevin Ayers masterpiece - impossible to find in good condition with the truly beautiful and very first print-run ‘linen’ textured sleeve manufactured by Garrod & Lofthouse - second run covers had a considerably reduced textured effect and ALL were prone to a lot of wear - this one is Excellent - the spine, corners, seams, exterior and interior gatefold are nr perfect - both labels are perfect - bright, clean and sharp with NO spindle marks - another very fine and, of course, increasingly rare English progressive / psych LP.
