I prefer payment by Credit Card or Paypal, but am happy with your preference. We do not accept inter bank transfers without prior contact, please contact us by telephone or email if you would like to pay this way.

Fees

All our shipping charges are clearly defined in the postage section on the listing. Please see all the costs at bottom of listing.

We would appreciate it if you would contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback.
We are a VAT registered company and as such VAT is included in our shipping costs.

Shipping

We ship worldwide on a regular basis.  We are always happy to combine postage costs.

We often ship within the UK for free but we are always happy to offer “signed for“parcels at a small extra cost.

On a worldwide basis we offer 3 types shipping a) Standard which is cheap but slow b) Small Packets which is faster c) Signed for which is the most expensive and is the only one that has tracking. For a Signed For delivery outside the UK we charge an additional £5.

All these options are given on the initial invoice after you have won the item.

International Buyers

Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges.

Delivery

With the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays we dispatch on a daily basis. If payment is received before 3 pm the item is dispatched on the same day. If after 3pm the item will be dispatched the next day. Please use the contact details below if your item hasn’t arrived after a couple of days to the UK or a week to abroad.
