So, so hard to find, this British Progressive Heavy Blues classic. A totally vanished debut and one of the most respected Blues/Psych rockers of the core era of the blues/psych/prog fusion era of roughly 2 to 3 years. A reasonable copy of this ultra rare classic acclaimed by Hans Pokora in his "Record Collector Dreams" series of books. Please have a look at the detailed description and maybe this is your chance to own a copy of this mega rare item. Note that top copies of this album now command a pricetag of around £800 to £1000!! Please mark that this is not a mint or excellent copy but plays through entirely and is still an enjoyable original!!
THIS VINYL PLAYS ALL THE WAY THROUGH BOTH SIDES.
THE STEREO REPRODUCTION IS SUPERB AND EVERY NOTE IS HEARD CLEARLY AND CRISPLY WITHOUT DISTORTION. THERE IS SOME STATIC IN PLACES BUT NO SKIPS, STICKS OR JUMPS.
SO HARD TO FIND THIS FIRST KILING FLOOR ALBUM .IT IS VERY HARD THESE DAYS TO STILL FIND THIS GEM IN ANY CONDITION. IT ILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE THIS TURNS UP AGAIN CONDITION WITH AGAIN MORE TAKERS THAN EVER BEFORE. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT PIECE.
Vinyl: VG. This has been enjoyed and there are light marks/hairlines on each side. This plays through comfortably and although there is background noise in places, this is mostly masked by the heaviosity of the music with rather great ease. I was tempted to keep this as it will be very hard to find this again, it is indeed mega rare now. Needless to say NO jumps, clicks or sticks. This will be a fantastic upgrade for most long time collectors!!
Sleeve: G. Front laminated with a few creases (see pic). The spine has split pretty much all the way, but it should be possible to do a repair. I have chosen to leave it as it is for now. The rear is matt with two flipbacks.
The labels are fine with visible spindle traces.
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
