King Crimson---"In The Court Of The Crimson King"---Original UK Pressed Stereo Album In EX Condition On The Pink Island Label---A2 and B3 From 1969

This is a UK copy from 1969 in stereo on the pink Island label, cat. no. ILPS-9111 with matrices A2 and B3.

Vinyl: EX. The vinyl is in lovely condition with a great shine and just 2 longish non-feelable scratches on side 2 but side 1 has no marks. There is a slight crackle on side 1 run in and 4 light ticks towards the end of track 2. Also a little surface noise at run off side 1. Having said that, side 1 music actually plays virtually NM and the title track is even better. Towards the end of track 1 on side 2 there is a short run of double clicking which isn't great and lasts about 20 seconds. It stops at the start of track 2. Then there are 2 ticks on the last track.

Labels: NM. Labels are in great condition with no markings. There is average use spindle wear

Sleeve: EX. The gatefold sleeve is in very solid condition with just light edge and corner wear. The spine is showing quite a bit of wear but the inside of gatefold is lovely and clean. There is a thin white scratch just above the mouth on the front which doesn't show much.

With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
