KING CRIMSON - IN THE WAKE OF POSEIDON ORIG UK ISLAND LP- A1/B1 - SUPERB!
Island LP - Cat No: ILPS - 9127 Released 1970 Matrix numbers: Side one: ILPS 9127 A/1 Side 2: ILPS 9127 B/1 Here we have a beautiful first press example of this rare LP. Condition: Textured sleeve is in very good condition with some slight wear visible on corners and edges. Bottom right of sleeve has a very slight and gentle bend on corner which when viewed from the front is hardly noticeable. The sleeve still feels rigid and the spine is nice and straight. The inside of the gatefold is clean and bright. The vinyl still has a glossy sheen with no obvious marks or scratches. Some very feint hairline are visible under a bright light, most probably caused by removal from sleeve. The labels are still clean with some spindle marks visible when angled under a bright light but again hardly noticeable. See pics! I have to say this a remarkable example of this increasingly rare lp. Will make a great addition to any collection without the need to upgrade.
