COVER: VG+. Classic gatefold cover printed by EJ Day, London. Solid, clean, has a bit of spine wear, and a bit of ink touch-up on front.
VINYL: VG+. Shiny and pretty clean, side 1 has some light scuffs. Slight noise in quiet parts. NOT NEAR MINT!!
LABEL CONDITION: pink Island white "i" labels have a few tiny spindle marks.

COMMENTS: UK original album. One of the masterpiece classics of the late 60's British prog scene, InThe Court of the Crimson King!!! The band was formed by guitarist/composer Robert Fripp, who still leads the band today. This their debut album, was groundbreaking in that it mixed jazz and classical into the stream of rock music. Famous for its heavy use of the keyboard instrument, the mellotron, it was a forerunner in the realm of progressive rock music. It featured the vocals and bass playing of Greg Lake. Also, it has one of the all-time GREAT album covers, painted by the late Barry Godber. These original UK pressings in at least VG+ condition are near impossible to find!!! A MUST!!!

They are pressed in extremely limited quantities, many get trashed by radio stations, but collecting them in top quality has been my specialty for many years. I also sell some hard to find ORIGINAL stock US, UK and Canadian pressings LP's. AND AS ALWAYS...ALL records are from MY OWN PERSONAL collection of over 50 years and....NO JUNK!!!
ALL my vinyl is visually graded and then PLAY graded on a REGA P3 turntable, through a McINTOSH MA6300 Integrated Amplifier which pushes (4) original JBL Century 100 speakers!!!
I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and pack ALL records carefully!! FIRST, the records are cleaned, then placed in the inner sleeve outside of the record cover and inserted into a clear plastic outer record sleeve. SECOND, albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box!!
