KING CRIMSON In The Court of the Crimson King
1969 Island Records UK Pressing with Pink Island Label

SIDE ONE: ILPS 9 1 11 A (UPSIDE DOWN TRIANGLE SYMBOL) 2 1 2 26 (STAMPED)
SIDE TWO: ILPS 9 1 11 B//3 1 1 69 1 (STAMPED)
CONDITION:
COVER: The unlaminated cover has signs of fading, creasing, wear, pen indentations and a crossed out name on the back cover. It's far from perfect but it's still not too bad. I'd probably grade it somewhere around VG.
LABELS: The labels are very good with some spindle clusters on both sides.
VINYL: Side One is in excellent condition, with only some light scuffs but no deep scratches. Side Two has a few hairline marks, one of which causes light pops/clicks through most of the first track on that side. It has some quiet sections so the pops are audible, but they're not too distracting if you don't mind this kind of thing.
There are some other light scuffs and marks, but both sides play through without any skips or degredation of sound, apart from the pops that I have mentioned.
If you are looking for a perfect copy of this album, then this is definitely not for you, but if you are looking for a play copy and don't mind some pops and clicks, then this may be for you.
I send all my records with the discs removed from the main sleeves to ensure that the covers do not end up with seam splits during transit. I make sure everything is well packaged and I don't use the cheap flimsy record mailers, only the stronger types.
