Description
KING CRIMSON
In The Court Of The Crimson King
(Island ILPS 9111) 1969
Here's a solid original copy of this cornerstone of progressive rock, on the collectable UK pink Island label.
The matrix numbers are A3 and B3.
SLEEVE
The smooth, unlaminated gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, with minimal wear. The spine is fully intact and legible (see picture), and there's no writing or splits.
VINYL
The glossy vinyl is in VG+ condition. There are a few marks, but the disc is glossy and plays with only light crackle in the quiet spots, not interfering with the music to any troubling extent. The brilliant ‘I Talk To The Wind’ is playing as I type, and sounds terrific.
LABELS
Both labels are in clean and bright condition, with mild spindle traces visible under light.
INNER SLEEVE
This comes with what I assume is its original inner sleeve (see picture).
