 This is an ORIGINAL rare UK FIRST pressing of  KING CRIMSON's second 12" LP   ' In the Wake of Poseidon ' released originally as here in 1969.


Visually graded under a 100W  light source the vinyl retains VERY GOOD PLUS sheen - with some visible marks - mainly hairlines - particularly on Side 1 but also the odd other more noticeable mark and blemish here and there.

This is confirmed on playing with some surface noise audible during the quieter parts ( of which there are a lot on this LP ! ) and between tracks etc.

Both sides have been PLAY GRADED. 

Side 1 is graded - VERY GOOD PLUS

Side 2 is graded - EXCELLENT MINUS

The first pressing ISLAND PINK 'I' record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS - with some very little visible spindle wear.

The textured card 'E.J. DAY' GATEFOLD PICTURE sleeve is graded overall EXCELLENT MINUS - with some slight rubbing, particularly to the spine which is not split but only partially legible and some edge and cornerwear.
