NEW, still SEALED -- KING CRIMSON - Larks' Tongues in Aspic - 1973 / 2014 Inner Knot - KCLP5 (IEPS 9230 - Japan). I am not sure if this was pressed in Japan or the USA, as the sticker mentions Japan, but the series was distributed worldwide. Regardless, what makes this series unique is the quality of the source material, as Robert Fripp oversaw the entire reissue program utilizing proper master tapes. I have this same copy (along with In the Court of... and Red from the same series) and I can tell you that it rivals the absolute original Island UK pressing. The "In the Court of..." version from this series is superior to the Mobile Fidelity issue, for sure. If you are an audiophile and like this album, you are going to like this! Even if you are not an audiophile, this album is a serious contender for the top cream-of-the-crop progressive albums from the 1970s decade.
