Vinyl LP. Record=EX, Front Laminated Gatefold Jacket=EX (there's some horizontal lines in the laminate caused during manufacturing, and some writing inside gatefold).
A-2 U / B-2 U matrix stamps. Includes poly-lined inner sleeve.
