ARTIST: KING CRIMSON
TITLE: IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING
CATALOGUE NUMBER: ILPS 9111
MONO/STEREO: Stereo
ORIGIN: Uk
Side 1: ILPS 9111 A V 2
Side 2: ILPS 9111 B // 3
Cover:
The original E J DAY gatefold cover is in GOOD condition,it has the usual wear on the edges and spine but no splits, the main problem is a small bit of the cover is missing in the top right corner tip on the front and the back top left corner tip on the back...Some would grade very good!!
Labels
The pink island labels are nice with no major damage ,they have a soft textured feel to them which is different to others i have seen
Record:
The record is unwarped and has full gloss and shine..Side 1 in normal light it looks NEAR MINT but under very strong light you can see some whispy hairlines so grades EXCELLENT+..if not better!!,side 2 would also grade the same but there is a bad fingernail scratch which is 22mm long and is 15mm from the edge of the disc, this sadly makes the needle and track to jump..apart from this side 2 is also EXCELLENT+ but because of the scratch i gues it would be a good grade.Apart from the jump the scratch causes the rest of the lp plays excellent with no loud crackles just bit of static which can be heard in quieter parts
OVERALL A NICE EARLY COPY!! PITY ABOUT THE SCRATCH
