Description

This is an auction for the 1972 live Lp by King Crimson entitled "Earthbound" released in the Uk on Island records catalogue number HELP 6. This is a first press with the matrix numbers of A1 and B1 and is in excellent condition throughout and includes the original black inner.

The Vinyl is visually in Excellent++ condition with a lovely deep sheen and looks great. This is reflected in the Audio. The Lp sits nice and flat on the turntable and plays through without any skips or jumps. There is some very very light background noise but this does not affect the enjoyment and i am happy to grade the audio as Excellent+.

The labels are in Excellent++ condition.

The Original Macneill press cover is Excellent condition with some light wear to the edges and a couple of light spots of wear to the front.

The original black inner is in Excellent condition. The Lp will be sent in a new inner.

The Lp will be sent in professional mailers and will be sent in the Uk recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50. The cost of postage in Europe is £4.50. Anyone bidding who does not have feedback will have their bid cancelled straight away. I am very sorry about this but this is due to problems experienced in the past. Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc
