From my personal collection, this is an early US pressing with Gatefold cover on Atlantic Records, catalog number SD 8245.  I bought this used in about 1982, I think.  The vinyl is play-graded VG+; all but 30 seconds on side two are EX, but the 30 seconds with moderate pops and ticks and surface noise causes me to drop it to VG+.  I played this in its entirety recently, and it was a fantastic listen.  The cover is solid VG+, with the biggest problems being the start of a split along the bottom and what look like tape residue inside the gatefold, but there's no tape and the marks don't correspond to any flaws that might have called for tape (odd, that!).  Beyond that, just some typical moderate shelf wear. For all its flaws, this is still a really solid looking and sounding early copy.  Please see the photos for a general lay of the land.
