This item is in excellent pre-owned condition.
Please see photos for details. I did not bother to take photos of the actual records because you really wouldn't be able to tell the condition of them anyway from a photo. 
I am grading this using the Goldmine record grading standard. Using this standard I am grading this record a VG+. It appears to be unplayed but has a slight scuff on one side from taking it out of the sleeve. No poster.
I am grading the cover at a conservative VG+. Still mostly in original plastic.
