Description

King Kong Stomp/St. Louis Blues by Joseph Robechaux New Orleans Rhythm Boys.  Vocalion 2539.  Condition is E visually, but play graded it plays more like E+ or M-.  The grooves are shiny, no grayness, and the only wear is surface abrasions from sitting in a stack of records for 80 years.  No skips, no pops, none of the surface marks are audible.  Hot Hot New Orleans Jazz with fantastic guitar and piano breaks on both sides.  St. Louis Blues is not the usual tempo - it is ultra fast supercharged.
