VERY RARE ORIGINAL UK 1970 TROJAN LP
Label / Catalogue Number - TROJAN / TBL 140
This is one of the most difficult to find Trojan compilations of the era and also one of the very few to feature Bob Marley pre fame. This one sold poorly compared to Trojan's Tighten Up compilations in the same era and is very scarce nowadays.
Classic stuff on here from The Wailers, Ken Boothe, The Gaylads, The Pioneers, The Melodians and more.
CONDITION:
RECORD - VERY GOOD Visually the record has a few light scuffs and surface marks, especially when held under harsh light. These have very little affect on playback, which just has some mild crackle. There are no deep scratches. There is a quiet hiss on the first minute or so of the first track, but this does not overpower the music. There are no jumps, sticks or loud repetitive clicks. This album has been playgraded throughout and is a very enjoyable listen.
LABELS - EXCELLENT
SLEEVE - GOOD+ The sleeve has some thick creasing on the front and ring wear on the back. There are no tears, splits or writing.
