THE VINYL IS NEAR MINT MINUS ONE SIDE AND VG++ THE OTHER DUE TO SOME LIGHT HARMLESS HAZE. THE HAZE MAY CLEAN OFF AND IT WILL GRADE NM- IF YOU CAN GET IT OFF. THE COVER IS VG+. THERE IS SOME CHIPPING/SMALL TEARS ON THE BACK (SEE PIC) BUT NOTHING MAJOR.
