Kulled…er, culled…from the remnants of the never-released album named "Four more Kinks" (scheduled for release, but never actually released, in 1969), and other soures, such as B-sides, rarities and oddities, this is a true kink in the Kinks' discography: an album which defies definition and classification, a piece of work which does not fit any of the band's stages and phases. In the great tradition of the Kinx, this is a klassik kollektion of Kinky trakz - a great, amusing, work and one of the RAREST pieces in Kinks' Reprise discography.And, oh. Lest I forget: this is the only place on an LP where you can find “I’m not like everybody else” – one of Kinks’ most beloved (and controversial, and funny) songs.

(a)          WE GRADE THE VINYL  AS  NEAR MINT. Some VERY LIGHT AND SUPERFICIAL abrasions – mostly sleeve scuffs -  are (barely) visible, but are probably inaudible,  and do not affect visual integrity or beauty of the vinyl. The original luster is very much intact, and the vinyl shines and sparkles almost like new [NOTE: A MINOR SCRATCH NOTED ON ONE TRACK ("LAVENDER HILL"), MAY OR MAY NOT CAUSE A FEW CLICKS OR POPS]

(b)          The album comes with the original insert/lyrics sheet still intact.

(c)           The record comes in the original stock inner sleeve.

(d)          The record is pressed on a RELATIVELY  thick, inflexible vinyl. This is NOT a thin, flimsy ('dynaflex' type),  vinyl, but not the thickest, most rigid vinyl, either.

(e)           Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

-         Minor shelf wear noted on the seams (nothing significant)
